I’ve been drinking so many nice Bordeaux wines lately I decided to hit my wine fridge with some champagne.

Next thing you know Vivino tells me I’ve rated my 30th champagne.

30 in and this is how I’m feeling. A little boozed! Ha! No, but seriously – I just love some champs! How could you not?

Sweet, dry, intense, light… there was never a bottle I drank where I felt ‘meh’ afterwards. Maybe it’s the bubbles that lift your mood like the tiny beads of rising air racing to the top of the glass!

I’ve been half-hazardly tasting champagne but excited to dig i to the region more academically!
