Kicking off my first trip to the Baltics was two days in Tallin, Estonia. I’m not going to lie, I’ve had a few trips not work out lately, so the second the wheels touched down in Tallinn, I really felt like I was finally on vacation!
The streets and buildings were just as colorful as I had hoped. Old Town was sheer perfection. The rowhomes in bright colors, winding streets, bright colored doors. Heading to Kohtuotsa Viewing Platform was a great way to see a 360 degree view of the entire city.
The breathe baby sign was mostly covered in graffiti but the view was great for a photo opp regardless.
The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was beautiful, especially walking by it. I highly recommend checking out my sightseeing list:
- Old Town Hall Square
- Raekoja Plats
- Viru Gate
- St. Catherine’s Ally
- Master’s Courtyard
- Guild Houses on Pikk
- Alexander Nevsky Cathedral
- Baltic Station Market
- Breathe Baby Sign
- Kiek in de kok
- City walls tallinn
- Nomme Park
- St. Olaf
