In the venture to cross off another state, I took a road trip up to Fargo from Minneapolis. Everyone kept asking me ‘Why Fargo’

Truthfully, I didn’t have a good reason other than to check off another state. Fargo turned out to be surprisingly fun!

The street art is the most notable part of the city. It’s all over and very well kept. There was also an extension of the Thomas Dambo trolls in Fargo! There was a magic mirror!

We had dinner at Mezzaluna which was the best dinner I’ve had all year! It was fantastic!!! The pre-fix meal with the wine pairing was absolutely to die for. Between the three of us, we had just about everything on that menu. Every piece of it was absolutely delicious.

Downtown Fargo was a ton of fun. Lots of restaurants, bars, outdoor markets and live music. It was so much fun! I would 100% go back to Fargo – it was THAT fun.
