One thing to know about me – I’m just as content at a nice restaurant as I am grabbing the local street foot and eating on the go. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that I don’t love the act of sitting at a table and taking my time enjoying a great glass of wine and scenery ordering a few items off the menu… but grabbing a Pastizzi in Valetta isn’t the worst thing in the world either.
A friend of mine was giving me THE hardest time for not going to a Michelin Start place while I was in Malta. I shrugged it off because I didn’t want to spend the money. And then there was a woman I met at the hotel who was trying to find someone to go to a Michelin with her. I agreed, and we went to Noni.
The tasting menu – 5 courses with wine pairing was 200 Euros. Which seemed so cheap compared to what I thought a place like this would cost. I included the tasting menus below along with pictures and videos of the food. I’ve never had a food experience like this before and I’m hooked!
